AVOID AEROSOL COOKING SPRAYS

For best results and longevity of your pan, please avoid all kinds of cooking sprays and oils that degrade fast and build residue on your pan. This will also damage any nonstick pan over time. If you'd like to use butter or oil we recommend using pastry brush to spread a thin layer. 

DO I NEED TO SEASON HAPPIELS PANS?

No, they are ready to use. All our pans have superb double non-stick coating and does not require any seasoning if you wish to bake without oils, butters, or parchment paper. Otherwise, follow recipe instructions. 

WHAT TYPE OF UTENSILS SHOULD I USE ON HAPPIELS PANS?

We recommend using silicone, wooden, or nylon utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils to scrape food from the pan as this will compromise the non-stick coating.

CAN I PUT HAPPIELS PANS IN THE FREEZER?

Yes, HAPPIELS pans are safe to put in the freezer. The material and non-stick coating resists up to -100°F (-40°C).

CAN I USE IT IN THE OVEN THAT HAS AIR FRYER?

Yes, anything that is ovenproof, can be used in the air fryer.

HAPPIELS pans are safe to use in up to +450° F (+230° C)
