GENERAL: WHICH SINGLE-SERVE COFFEE SYSTEMS DO YOU HAVE? 

We currently offer reusable coffee capsules for Nespresso Original®, Nespresso Vertuo®, Dolce Gusto®, and Keurig®


GENERAL: HOW MUCH DO I SAVE SWITCHING FROM DISPOSABLE SINGLE-SERVE COFFEE PODS TO REUSABLE HAPPIELS™ COFFEE PODS?

Let's imagine you buying 12oz ground coffee for 8.99$ to be used in your reusable coffee pod. Maximum amount of coffee you can put into Happiels reusable pod is 0,43oz - this will cost you 0,32 USD.

Price of Happiels pod is 29,99 USD, ie 1USD/day during the first month if you make 1 coffee per day...Which means total cost your coffee during first month of switching to reusable pod is 1,32 USD.

From the second month every coffee made with Happiels reusable pod will cost you 0,32 USD which is the cost of coffee grounds only...because the pod pays off in 1 month!

GENERAL: ARE HAPPIELS COFFEE PODS COMPATIBLE WITH MY COFFEE MACHINE? 

If it fits disposable pods, it means you can replace them with our reusable coffee pods (with few exceptions for Nespresso Original older models) 

You can find compatibility information in each product description - please check before placing your order or ask us at info@happiels.com if you are not sure. 

GENERAL: HOW DO I USE HAPPIELS™ COFFEE PODS?

Please check compatibility of our coffee pods before placing an order: you can see this in the description of every product.

If reusable coffee pods are compatible with your machine, use them just as regular disposable coffee pods you've used so far: there is no need to check position or slot when putting reusable pod into the machine.

Please remember that Happiels™ reusable coffee capsules are very hot right after you have used them! Please wait for a few minutes after you take them with the hand to use another time.

GENERAL: CAN THE REUSABLE COFFEE PODS BREAK MY MACHINE?

We’ve tested our reusable coffee pods before offering them to our customers. 

The pods have to fit into your machine freely, just like regular pods you've used so far: no need to check position or slot. 

There are some machines our pods are not compatible with: you can find that information on the description of every product before placing an order  or ask us at info@happiels.com if you are not sure. 

If, for any reason, you don't feel comfortable using our coffee pods with your coffee machine or you are not satisfied with the quality after you've received them, please remember that we have a 14-day return policy.

GENERAL: WHY ARE HAPPIELS™ REUSABLE COFFEE PODS MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL? 

They are environmentally friendly - made of stainless steel these capsules can be used for a long time.

Your coffee will taste great: stainless steel will not change the taste of your coffee.

Our coffee pods are safe: avoid reusable plastic capsules as they can melt! Not only they will ruin the taste, but plastic single-serve coffee containers can be also harmful to your health!

HOW TO USE: WHAT COFFEE GROUNDS DO I PUT IN MY REUSABLE COFFEE POD?

Happiels™ gives you freedom to enjoy a variety of coffee flavors - drink coffee of your choice and change whenever you feel like it.

However, we recommend to start with fine coffee grounds, please read our tips here on how to perfect your brew!

HOW TO USE:  DO I NEED A TAMPER? 

You can buy a single reusable pod, however, if it is your first order, we definitely advise you to buy a coffee pod with a tamper. Not only will you save money buying them both together, it will also improve the quality of your brew - you can read more here on why it is important to tamp the coffee into your pod. 

HOW TO USE:  HOW DO I CLEAN MY REUSABLE COFFEE PODS? 

Simply empty the coffee grounds from the coffee pod after you’ve prepared your coffee. 

Use the brush (comes with our coffee pods)  if needed to get rid of remaining coffee grounds. 

Wash it with water by hand or in the dishwasher (top rack).

Make sure there is no coffee stuck in the holes before using it next time.

HOW TO USE: WHEN I BREW COFFEE WITH HAPPIELS™ REUSABLE COFFEE POD WATER IS LEAKING FROM MY MACHINE.

It is normal if you have little water leaking from your machine when using Happiels™ reusable coffee pods. 

However, if your coffee comes out weak it means you pressed your coffee grounds too much or there is too much coffee in your capsule and the water doesn't go through. Read our tips to perfect your coffee here

SHIPPING: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You will receive shipment confirmation: it usually takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order.

Shipping time is 1-3 weeks depending on your location (we ship worldwide), please check details in Shipping & Returns.

SHIPPING: WHY DOES MY DELIVERY TAKE SO LONG?

Please keep in mind that some external factors can cause delays (ie customs) as well as current global pandemic - sometimes packages can be retained at the facility of the shipping company for safety reasons. We have no control over this process unfortunately.

SHIPPING: WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM AND CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our office is based in Riga, Latvia. Facility we ship from depends on the location of the customer. 

You will receive a tracking number with our shipment confirmation 1-3 business days after placing your order.

We test all of our products before we offer them to our customers. However, if you believe your product to be faulty, please contact us and include the following details:
