Staple in many restaurant kitchens, we used heavy duty carbon steel to make sure HAPPIELS bakeware is a long lasting addition to every home. Carbon steel bakeware is highly regarded and preferred by professional chefs and home bakers for several reasons. 

Excellent heat conductor 

Carbon steel is known for its exceptional heat conductivity, which allows for even and consistent baking. The baking pans achieve and maintain both low and very high temperatures for greater baking versatility. 

When placed in the oven, carbon steel quickly absorbs and distributes heat throughout the entire pan, ensuring that your baked goods are cooked evenly. It is particularly beneficial for items that require precise temperature control, such as delicate pastries or breads.

Despite being made of thicker heavy duty carbon steel HAPPIELS baking pans heat and cool down quickly preventing your breads and cakes from drying out. 

This makes HAPPIELS bakeware highly versatile and suitable for various  baking techniques. It can be used in the oven for baking cakes, bread, cookies, and pastries, which makes carbon steel bakeware a valuable addition to any kitchen.

Durability

Carbon steel bakeware is incredibly durable and long-lasting. It is made from a combination of iron and carbon, which provides it with excellent strength and resistance to warping or bending under high temperatures. Unlike aluminum, carbon steel pans can withstand high oven temperatures without deteriorating or releasing harmful chemicals.

NONSTICK FINISH

HAPPIELS superb non stick properties are achieved thanks to the 2-layer champagne gold finish. Not only does it delivers superior quality and food release, it is also very easy to clean. 

Our nonstick coating complies with both FDA (US) and EU regulations when it comes to safety for food contact. All materials used to make HAPPIELS baking pans are PFAs, PFOAs & BPA free. 


Nonstick and safe 

Prioritising safety we are using XYNFLON® coating that is known for its excellent non-stick properties, durability, and resistance to high temperatures. 

Our nonstick finish is completely safe for all your baking needs up to 450°F (230°C). 

It is important to note that XYNFLON® itself does not contain PFOA which further enhances the safety profile of our bakeware.


Enjoy quick and easy food release and minimal cleaning 

We wanted to make your life easier by making sure your heart-warming goodness is perfectly intact once removed from the pan and nothing gets left behind thanks to our deep gold nonstick finish. 

Also, our baking pans are very easy to clean leaving you more moments to enjoy one more cookie or time with your family and friends. 


Healthier baking 

We recommend that you follow recipe or package mix directions for greasing and flouring, just as you would with a pan that is not non-stick. Greasing and flouring can affect the way some baked goods rise. 

However, using HAPPIELS baking pans you can opt for less or eliminate all fats and oils you’d usually use greasing your pans - and that’s all thanks to our outstanding nonstick coating. 

Cooking sprays are not recommended for use with non-stick bakeware as the spray may leave some residue on the pan even after proper washing.


Sustainable choice 

Opting for quality baking pans you can limit your environmental impact as it will serve you for years and release your baked cakes perfectly time & time again.
