AVOID AEROSOL COOKING SPRAYS

For best results and longevity of your pan, please avoid all kinds of cooking sprays and oils that degrade fast and build residue on your pan. This will also damage any nonstick pan over time. If you'd like to use butter or oil we recommend using pastry brush to spread a thin layer. 

No, they are ready to use. All our pans have superb double non-stick coating and does not require any seasoning if you wish to bake without oils, butters, or parchment paper. Otherwise, follow recipe instructions. 

We recommend using silicone, wooden, or nylon utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils to scrape food from the pan as this will compromise the non-stick coating.

Our bakeware is measured from the outside rim to the opposite outside rim, ie exterior size of the pan. We provide exterior dimensions for our customers to check if HAPPIELS bakeware will fit various ovens before our customers make a purchase. 

Please consider 0.1in (0.8mm) thickness of the material.

Heavy-duty carbon steel is a super strong material that will pretty much last a lifetime. The high strength that is synonymous with carbon steel results in an even and consistent heat distribution throughout the cooking process. 

Carbon steel cookie sheets also have ultra anti warping and rust-resistant properties so they can resist higher oven temperatures.

The cookie pans have a long-lasting non-stick surface to ensure that the cookie dough does not stick to the pan or burn. It also provides for a quick and easy clean-up.

It is safe material to use for cooking and baking because it does not contain Teflon, BPA, PTFE, or PFOA.

Our bakeware is covered with double silicone coating  for  easy food release. The coating makes our pans very easy to clean.

Yes, HAPPIELS pans are safe to put in the freezer. The material and non-stick coating resists up to -100°F (-40°C).

Yes, anything that is ovenproof, can be used in the air fryer.
