Return Policy


All our products are expected to come into contact with foods therefore we can only accept returns of unused items, or by reason of manufacturing fault.

If you wish to return your unused products please contact us via our website ‘’Contact Us’’ section or at and will try to make the process as quick and easy as possible!

You can return all unused items, within 30 days of receipt of goods. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • accompanied by the official invoice / packing slip 
  • contain the original instruction brochure inside
  • in the original, undamaged packaging
  • in the same original condition that it was received in


Refunds cannot be issued when:

  • an item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error), 
  • item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Nespresso reusable pods have been used with non-compatible machines or "multi-capsule" machines. The customer is responsible for checking their machine model and product compatibility before making a purchase.
  • Our bakeware has been misused, abnormally used, or Use & Care Instructions have not been followed (found on HAPPIELS original product packaging or our website)


For returns, please email with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. 

Any returns sent back to us without the enclosed paperwork or with carrier other than one provided by us (or without return label provided by us) will not be accepted. Please ensure you enclose the above items so that we can identify you and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.


When returned item is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance team, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. The quality check may take 1-2 weeks.

If the refund is approved (full or partial), then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Typically when we process a refund, it can take 5-10 business days to be issued to your account depending on your financial institution. 


We test all of our products before we offer them to our customers. However, if you believe your product to be faulty your Consumer Rights apply under the Latvian Consumer Law. As a consumer, you are entitled to certain guarantees within 1 year in respect of goods purchased from Happiels™. 

Please contact us and include the following details:

  • photos showing the issue
  • a video of the issue if applicable
  • order number

We will provide  replacements for faulty components, or alternatively we may arrange for you to return the product for testing. We will honor replacements on faulty products for up to 30 days post purchase date. If a product testing assessment deems the product faulty, you will be reimbursed for the return postage expense and offered replacement components or a complete product replacement if applicable. If the issue is found to be due to product usage, we will return the product to you - you will be liable to cover any related inspection costs and the additional incurred postage expenses.

Where an item is misused, neglected or abnormally used, Happiels™  will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay for transport or inspection costs (an estimate of these costs can be provided).
