FREE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free domestic ground shipping on all orders above $50 in the continental US. 

At his moment we do not ship internationally. 

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

SHIPPING TIME

Orders shipped through ground usually take between 4-5 business days* to deliver once processed. On select products, customers may choose an express shipping service which takes 2-4 business days* to deliver once processed. 

*Shipping time might vary depending on location. This doesn’t include our 1-2 day processing time.

 CUSTOMS

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs costs & delays.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

HAPPIELS is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that both your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped but in some countries due to free shipping tracking is not available. Please contact us if you require more details on the status of your order. 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
