    • Oven safe to 450°F.
    • Freezer safe.
    • Before first use, hand wash the pans in warm soapy water.
    • Do not cut baked goods in the pan to avoid damaging nonstick surface
    • Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching nonstick surface.

    CARE

    • Hand washonly to maintain the nonstick performance and longevity of the product.
    • Please wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly before storing.
    • Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
    • Avoid aerosol cooking sprays they build up residue which over time reduce nonstick properties of HAPPIELS bakeware

    • This bakeware is made of high carbon steel, Xynflon non stick coating.
    • This product is PFOS, PFOA, BPA free. 
    • This product contains the following chemicals: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), silicone modified resin (67763-03-5), aluminum (7429-90-5), PMA (108-65-6) and Butyl acetate (123-86-4). For more information on chemicals in this product, visit HAPPIELS Disclosures page.

    PTFE is fluoropolymer and is classified as PFAS substance. It is used in food contact coating because of their superior non stick properties. All HAPPIELS non stick bakeware is FDA (USA), LFGB (European Union) compliant and food safe and not in violation of any federal safety regulations.

    Built to last! A+ quality

    This pan and rack set is built to last generations! It’s heavy-duty and designed with quality in mind. The roasting rack features a soft U shape, which promotes excellent heat circulation by allowing hot air to flow beneath the roast while keeping it elevated. The rack is made of thick carbon steel, and the stainless steel handles are riveted for durability, making it easy to lift—even with oven mitts on.

    I also appreciate the tall, upright sides that prevent splatters and spills, keeping the oven clean. It’s dishwasher safe, non-stick, super easy to clean, and the rack ensures the meat stays separate from the juices. The size 17” x 13” is perfect for large roasts (up to 25lbs), and it handles every cooking challenge like a beast. Highly recommend for anyone who loves roasting!

    High quality roasting pan

    This is a really good quality roasting pan. Feels heavy duty with very sturdy handles riveted to the pan. The pan and rack both have a non-stick coating on them. Our previous pan has a stainless rack and a non-stick pan, so we'll see if this pan is more effective for roasting turkey. Overall, a good quality product and the price is probably in line with the quality.

    great quality

    Very nice quality. I probably want use this until the holidays or a big family get together in the summer. But that is what I got it. I was so tired of cooking the turkey and ham in one of those cheap aluminum pans. You know the ones, if you poke to hard or push to hard with the knife, you have a big gapping hole, then you got to find a pan or something to go under it. I do the main cooking for the family, there is about 23 of us. Now I cook a turkey and ham on Thanksgiving and 2 hams at Christmas, so now I need one more pan. Maybe I will have it by the holidays. This is a great pan, heavy duty, no worries about poking a hole in this one! Love the rack that comes with it. I do wish it came with a lid though. -Highly recommended!!
